摘    要:论述了国内首制系列83000m3液化气船A型液舱及次屏蔽低温钢焊接生产过程中需解决的关键工艺问题,进行了A型液舱及次屏蔽低温钢的焊接工艺研究、试验,焊接见证板的设置、力学性能检验等工艺要求及无损探伤方案等方面的研究,并对相关图纸提出了指导性意见并形成标准,为该系列船的顺利建造及交船提供了技术支持。

Abstract:Some critical welding process problems of low temperature service steel on type-A cargo tank and secondary barrier of 83000m3 LPG carrier that is first built in China are discussed in this paper. The research about welding process tests of low temperature service steel, arrangement and mechanical property of welding production test pieces, NDT plan for type-A cargo tank and secondary barrier have been carried out. CCS has approved relevant design drawings, proposed some guide suggestions, and formed relevant stands. CCS has provided the technical support to ensure 83000m3 LPG carrier to be well built, and delivered on schedule.
