| 摘 要： | 通过对摩托车发动机凸轮轴质量问题分类统计结果分析，找出了造成凸轮轴裂纹的3个主要原因，通过采取相应措施，使凸轮轴的废品率由原来的4．9％降至2％。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the solutions for 3 main reasons of the quenching cracking of motorcycle camshaft through analyzing the classified statistics on the quality problems of these products.By these ways,the reject rate is reduced to 2%from 4.9%. |
