加快中国铁路建设的基础理论及应用技术

摘    要:本文分析了铁路工程的主要结构单元,如路提、桥涵、边坡、隧道等工程的属性,认为铁路工程主要是地质工程。从而提出地质工程理论是加快铁路建设的基础理论,及其相应的两项主要应用技术,即:(1)地质勘察和预报;(2)地质改造。对上述两项应用了阐述,并提出几点建议。

BASIC THEORY ANDAPPLICATION TECHNIQUE FOR SPEEDING UP THE RAILWAY CONSTRUCTION OF CHINA
Abstract:By analyzing the specialities of thestructural elements of railway engineering,such as the embankment,bridge and culvert,sideslope and tunnel,etc,the railway engineering is considered mainly as a geologyengineering.It is proposed that the geology engineering theory is the basic theory forspeeding up the railway construction.Two corresponding application techniques are alsoproposed,i.e.(1)geological reconnaissance and forecast,and (2)geological reformation.Theabove two techniques are expounded in this paper,and several suggestions are proposed.
