摘    要:采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对某高功率密度柴油机气缸套进行稳态温度场计算,并将计算结果作为边界条件,施加在缸套结构有限元模型上,同时在其上施加柴油机工作时的最大爆发压力和预紧力,进行热-结构耦合应力场分析,得到在耦合场下缸套的最大应力和应变。

Abstract:The steady temperature field of a high power density diesel engine cylinder liner was analyzed by Ansys.The above results were took as boundary condition on the structural model of cylinder liner and together with the maximum combustion pressure and pre-tighten forces.The stress and displacement distribution of the cylinder liner was calculated,to give a gist for designing and strength checking for cylinder liner.
