本文分析了目前动车组列车车底上线情况，临时换型时铁路局、站车客运组织工作面临的困难，基于客票系统的广泛运用，提出“多合一”的售票组织方案，从而进一步优化客票系统功能，并充分利用互联网的强大影响力，对换型客运组织工作从作业流程、程序功能、信息渠道等方面进行思考并提出建议。

Organization of passenger transportation during change of EMU

This article analyzed the current utilization of EMU and the difficulties for organization of passenger transportation to railway administration and stations during temporary change of EMU, proposed the ticketing organization plan of “more than one” based on the extensive use, thereby to optimize the function of Ticketing and Reservation System and make good use of powerful impact of Internet. Considerations and suggestions were put forward on organization of passenger transportation during change of EMU from the aspects of operation flow, program function and information channel.
