摘    要:远洋船舶航行中,海洋微生物会附着于船舶管路系统之中,从而产生腐蚀等破坏。传统防止微生物的生长和附着常采用MGPS系统,但该系统体积大、易产生堵塞。文章介绍一种新型防海洋微生物附着系统,分析其基本原理和结构组成,详述其工作过程,并进行故障分析,最后给出系统维修保养的注意事项和相关措施。分析表明,该新型系统能够克服传统系统的缺点,值得进一步推广使用。

Abstract:In the voyage, the marine micro-organism will be attached to the pileline system of ocean-going vessels, resulting in corrosion damage. The traditional MGPS is often adopted to prevent marine micro-organism from growing and adhering. However, the system has its disadvantages of large volume and frequent blockage. Therefore, this paper introduces a new type of MGPS, analyzes its basic principles and composition, describes the working process in detail, and explains the notes and related measures of maintenance as well. The research result indicates that this new type of MGPS contributes to overcome the shortcomings of traditional system and deserves to be popularized further.
