| 摘 要： | 通过对建设工程招投标"合理低价中标法"和"最低价中标法"这两种评标办法的分析,结合我国的国情,阐述"合理低价中标法"是我国现阶段最适合的一种评标办法;同时也论证了"最低价中标法"是一种科学可行的评标办法,待条件成熟后应该大力推广.
