摘    要:为解决某隧洞工程面临的断层破碎带、软弱围岩大变形、塌方、大坡度、涌水突泥、岩爆、高地热等不良地质问题,设计具有电液混合脱困、刀盘扩挖、护盾延长、超前钻机、应急排水、空气冷却装置等功能的敞开式TBM,并在实际应用中增加螺旋清渣机、钢拱架顶升等功能,与拦水坝、超前注浆、管棚支护等施工手段相结合,有效度过最大涌水量达772.57 m3/h的涌水段、232 m的岩爆段、445 m的蚀变段、塌方段、60 m的涌泥涌沙段,最后根据实际应用效果,指出针对性设计存在的不足和需要改进的地方。

Abstract:According to the unfavorable geological problems, such as fault fracture zone, large deformation of soft surrounding rock, collapse, large slope, water and mud inrush, rock burst, high geothermal, etc., encounter during TBM boring in a tunnel, an open TBM with functions of electro hydraulic mixed jamming release, cutterhead enlargement cutting, shield extension, advance drilling rig, emergency drainage and air cooling device is designed; and functions of screw slag cleaner and steel arch frame jacking are added in practice. By cooperating with dam, advance grouting and pipe roof support, the TBM has successfully passed through the water gushing section with maximum water gushing capacity of 772.57 m3/h, rock burst section of 232 m, alteration section of 445 m, collapse section, and mud gushing section of 60 m. Finally, according to the practical experience, the shortcomings of the targeted design and the improving direction are put forward.
