电压调节模块(VRM)的现状与发展

摘    要:随着微处理器速度不断提高,容量不断增大,对电压调节模块(VRM)提出了更高的要求。本文介绍了非隔离和隔离型两种电压调节模块主要拓扑结构,分析了电路的特点以及电路本身的优缺点,并简单介绍了电压调节模块发展的趋势。

Abstract:Enhances unceasingly along with the microprocessor speed, the capacity increases unceasingly the tendency, set a higher request to voltage regulation module (VRM). This article introduced the non-isolation and isolation type two kind of voltage regulation module main topology, has analyzed the electric circuit characteristic as well as the electric circuit itself good and bad points, and simply briefed the voltage regulation module development tendency.
