摘    要:随着秦皇岛32-6油田及周边南堡35-2油田的开发,渤海世纪号FPSO上部模块水系统无法满足目前的生产需求,因此进行水系统扩容改造。本文结合渤海世纪号FPSO工艺模块水系统扩容改造工程实例,从基座设计、与原结构连接、结构加强等方面详细说明了FPSO上部模块改造结构设计中遇到的技术难点及解决方法,分析了FPSO模块改造结构设计特点,并简述了改造中需注意的问题,为FPSO模块改造结构设计提供借鉴和参考。

Structural design of upper modular modiifcation for FPSO
Abstract:The water system of the upper module of BHSJ Floating Production Storage and Offoading (FPSO) cannot meet the current production demand with the development of QHD32-6 oil ifeld and the peripheral NB35-2 oil ifeld. Therefore, the water system should be modiifed to enlarge its capacity. The technical diffculties and the corresponding solutions encountered during the modiifcation structural design of the upper module of BHSJ FPSO are introduced from the foundation design, connection to the former structure and structural reinforcement. Then, it analyzes the characteristics of the modification structural design, and summarizes the problems to be noticed during the modification, which can provide reference for the structural design of FPSO module modiifcation.
