摘    要:江苏某航道船闸工程防洪堤在施工过程中发生了滑坡。由于连续降雨和周边分布的池塘导致了堤坝土体长期处于饱水状态,降低了土体抗剪强度指标;同时,由于汛期将至,为抢工期,快速施工导致了地基填土没有及时得到固结,没有达到设计要求;现场的补勘表明,场地所处地质条件较差,地基土质量达不到设计要求,在以上因素综合影响下导致了防洪堤滑坡的发生。根据勘探结果对滑移段和非滑移段进行稳定性分析,结果表明安全系数均不符合规范及设计的要求,因此,从设计措施和施工措施两个方面对滑移段重建,并对非滑移段加固。监测结果表明采取的措施是有效的。

Cause Analysis and Treatment Measures for Landslide of Flood Embankmentfor a Waterway Lock Project
Abstract:A landslide occurred during construction of the flood embankment for the waterway lock project in Jiangsu. The continuous rainfall and the pond surrounded made the dam soil is in water-saturated state, and thus reduce the shear strength indexes of soil body. Meanwhile, the flood season is coming, in order to meet the deadlines, the rapid construction made the foundation backfilled soil not consolidated, and not satisfy the design requirements. The site supplementary survey shows that the geological condition of the project location is poor; the foundation soil cannot meet the design requirements. All the above factors caused the landslide of the flood embankment. According to the exploration results, the stability analysis for the sliding section and non-sliding section shows that the safety factor cannot meet the standards and design requirements. The landslide section will be re-constructed based on the design measures and construction measures, and the non-landslide section reinforced. The monitoring results show that the measures are effective.
