紫外光作用下沥青砂性能演变研究

摘    要:为研究沥青砂材料的黏弹性能受紫外光作用的影响规律,采用室内紫外光照射法,分别对AS-16沥青砂试样进行0,4,8,12,16,24天的持续照射。基于紫外光照射不同时长的沥青砂试件蠕变试验的应变时间历程曲线,求得各沥青砂试件的黏弹性参数,并采用不同柔量值占总柔量值的比例,确定沥青砂的力学性能。试验结果表明:紫外光照射会加速沥青砂性能演变,且照射时间越长,沥青砂柔量值的弹性比例越大,沥青砂抵抗瞬时和永久变形的能力也随之增强,而疲劳性能和抗裂性能随之降低。

Study on Performance Change of Asphalt Sand under Action of UV Light
Abstract:In order to obtain the law of impact of UV-light on the viscoelasticity of asphalt sand material, the AS-16 asphalt sand is respectively irradiated in indoor ultraviolet light radiation method for 0, 4, 8, 12, 16, and 24 d. According to the strain time history curves based on creep test under different UV irradiation time, the viscoelasticity of the asphalt sand test sample is calculated, and the mechanical properties of asphalt sand is determined by the proportion of different compliance values to total compliance values. Results of the test show that UV-irradiation can accelerate the performance change of asphalt sand, and with the increase in irradiation time, the viscoelasticity of the asphalt sand increases, the ability of the asphalt sand to resist instantaneous and permanent deformation is enhanced while the fatigue performance and crack resistance is reduced.
