摘    要:在改扩建项目施工过程中,如何保证原有建(构)筑物的安全一直是一个难题,特别是在岩溶发育强烈的地区。为此,在总结岩溶地区改扩建工程的地质条件和周边环境的基础上,结合广清高速公路改扩建工程,系统介绍了岩溶地区桩基施工的一种新工艺——旋挖钻全护筒跟进岩面钻进成孔工艺。该工艺在实践中有效地解决了坍塌和地面沉降过大等问题,保证了桩基施工过程中孔壁的稳定性,提高了成桩的质量。

Application of Drilling Pore Forming Technology for Rotary Drilling Full Pile Casing in Karst Development Area
Abstract:How to ensure the safety of existing buildings (structures) is a problem during the construction of the renovation and expansion project, especially in the intensified karst development areas. Hence, a new technology for the construction of pile foundation in karst areas is systematically introduced through summarizing geological conditions and the surrounding environment of the renovation and expansion project in karst areas and combining with the renovation and expansion project of Guangzhou-Qingyuan Expressway drilling pore forming technology for rotary drilling full pile casing follow-up rock surface, which effectively solves the problem of collapse and large land subsidence in practice, ensures the stability of the pore wall during pile foundation construction and improves the quality of pile-forming.
