端羟基聚乳酸低聚物的合成研究

摘    要:以1,4丁二醇为功能单体,将乳酸预脱水、减压聚合成功制备了不同分子量的端羟基聚乳酸低聚物。考察了聚合压力、1,4丁二醇与催化剂用量等不同条件对端羟基聚乳酸低聚物分子量的影响。研究表明随1,4丁二醇用量的增大,所得低聚物分子量逐渐降低;降低聚合压力能提高低聚物分子量;加大催化剂SnCl2.2H2O的用量能较小程度地增加低聚物分子量的分子量,但SnCl2.2H2O的用量以0.5%为宜。

Abstract:Hydroxyl-terminated polylactic acid oligomers were prepared by pre-removal of water and poly-condensation polymerization of lactic acid with 1,4-butanol as the functional comonomer.The effect of reaction parameters including the polymerization press and the amount of 1,4-butanol and catalyst on the molecular weight of the oligomers was investigated in detail.The results show that the molecular weight of oligomers is lowered gradually with the increase of the loading of 1,4-butanol;and the molecular weight c...
