摘    要:利用ANSYS和LS-DYNA软件,对不同结构和不同材料的车门承载进行静态和动态校核,从而确定车门的轻量化设计方案,并且从材料成本的角度分析了轻量化方案的优劣性。

Abstract:The static and dynamic loads of car door with different structures and materials are checked using software ANASYS and LS DYNA,and a light weight design scheme is worked out for achieving a target of reducing the weight of car door by 10%.The pro and con of design scheme is analyzed in terms of material cost.
