| 摘 要： | 本文基于无线通讯技术与图像识别技术,搭建在高温强酸环境下的铜电解车间搭建轨道式智能巡航机器人系统。该系统以无线电波为前提,在无线光缆的支撑下,满足计算机设备与网络数据传输系统连接的需求,完成重复巡航识别,通过人工智能技术实现工业自动化的生产实践,实现了智能机器代替人工高效工作。

| Abstract: | Based on the wireless communication technology and image recognition technology,a track-type intelligent cruise robot system is set up under the environment of high temperature and strong acid in the copper electrolysis workshop.For the system,based on radio wave,and wireless access point&optical fiber technology computers and network data transmission system could be connected to complete repeated cruise recognition.The practical operation on site of the system shows that the artificial intelligence technology could be used to realize the high efficient industrial automation production replacing manpower works. |
