中大功率变流技术的发展

摘    要:回顾了与中大功率变流技术密切相关的各类功率半导体器件发展历程,详细介绍了当前广泛应用的IGBT,IGCT,IEGT,MTO,碳化硅功率器件及其应用特点。概述了大功率变流技术的基本电路拓扑,介绍了三电平电压源变流器、级联H桥多电平变流器以及矩阵变换器等常用拓扑。并从工业调速系统、铁路牵引系统以及公路牵引系统等实际应用出发,介绍了大功率变流器的最新应用实例,包括混合动力和纯电动汽车的驱动装置等。提出了在大功率变流领域一些有望在未来10年得到提高的关键性技术和需要特别加以关注的发展趋势。

Abstract:It reviews the evolution of various power electronic semiconductor devices related to the high power convertion technology. IGBT, IGCT, IEGT, MTO, and SIC power devices extended applied in industries and their features are introduced. It outlines the basic circuit topologies used for high power convertion, such as the three-level voltage-source converter, the cascaded H-bridge multi-level converter, and the matrix converter etc. Based on the practical applications in the industrial variable speed system, in the railway traction system, and in the highway traction system, some novel application examples are discribed. Some key technologies expected to be advanced within next 10 years in this field are discussed, and the evolutive trends needed to pay special attentions are proposed.
