| 摘 要： | 我国铁路建设任务繁重,建设资金需求巨大,如何以最少的投资,建更多、更好的铁路,是每个铁路建设者不断探索和总结的课题。本文就行业标准、工程措施、征地拆迁、新的环水保法及城市规划要求及土石方调配等当前影响铁路工程建设及投资的主要因素进行分析探讨,并提出了相应的解决措施,可为同类工程铁路选线、经济技术分析比较及工程措施提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | The railway construction has a heavy assignment and huge demand for funds in China. How to build more and better railways with the least investment is a subject that every railway builder should constantly explore and summarize. This paper analyses and discusses the main factors affecting railway construction and investment,such as industry standards,engineering measures,land expropriation and demolition,new environment and water conservation law,urban planning requirements and earthwork allocation,and puts forward corresponding solutions,which can provide reference for route selection,economic and technological analysis and comparison and engineering measures of similar railway projects. |
