企业信息化管理的认识与思考

研究目的：企业科技管理工作中，信息化管理占有较大比重。然而人们往往混淆了信息化、信息化管理和IT应用的概念，把信息化管理误认为就是计算机应用。明晰概念和认识是本文的目的。研究方法：从国家政策、业界认识和自身体会出发，对信息化的概念、内容、企业信息化的定位等方面，做出一些深刻的分析、思考和解读。研究结论：信息化具有社会性，是社会的一种基础设施，而不是指IT技术。企业信息化是一项社会义务、是投资而不是开支、是一个持续改进的过程，信息化要经历几个阶段，企业信息化管理是一项科技管理工作。文章把信息化概念从技术层面和产业层面扩展到了社会层面。

Thoughts About Enterprise's Informatization Management

Research purposes: Informatization management plays an important role in company's technology management.However,people usually confused the concept of "informatization","informatization management" and "IT application".Some people regard the computer application or information management as informatized management by mistake.
