摘    要:在考虑不同因素的情况下,内压标准椭圆封头成型最小厚度也有所不同。若考虑不周,一方面会给设计带来不安全的风险,另一方面也会造成浪费,科学、合理地确定内压标准椭圆封头成型最小厚度是非常必要的。文中对内压标准椭圆封头成型最小厚度进行了全面分析,考虑强度条件、开孔补强及内压弹性失稳3个因素,分别给出了内压标准椭圆封头成型最小厚度的计算方法,3种情况下封头成型最小厚度的最大值,即为内压标准椭圆封头成型的最小厚度。

Abstract:The minimum thickness of a standard elliptical head will change under the influence of different factors.Failure to take proper account of either factor not only brings risk to design safety,but also increases waste in manufacturing.Therefore,it is absolutely necessary to identify the thickness of the standard ellipsoidal head under internal pressure scientifically and reasonably.The paper presents a complete analysis of the minimum thickness for the standard ellipsoidal head forming under internal pressure.Taking strength,opening reinforcement and elastic instability into consideration,three different kinds of computational methods are given,and the max of them is the minimum thickness of the ellipsoidal head.
