天疱疮皮损的透射及扫描电镜观察

摘    要:本文对6例寻常性天疱疮和2例红斑性天疱疮皮损进行透射电镜观察.结果表明水疱旁早期棘层松解区域细胞间质溶解,细胞间隙增宽,但桥粒和张力微丝连接仍然保存.在棘层松解区域,桥粒和微绒毛减少、消失.3例寻常性天疱疮皮损进行扫描电镜观察,结果表明棘层松解细胞表面光滑,微绒毛减少、破坏.作者指出微绒毛减少、消失是天疱疮皮损的重要超微结构改变,并且认为天疱疮棘层松解的过程可能首先是非桥粒区域细胞间质溶解,细胞间隙增宽,微绒毛破坏、消失,继之是桥粒区域,最后,桥粒破坏消失,棘层松解形成.

Abstract:Six patients with pemphigus vulgaris and two patients with pemphigus erythematodes were studied by transmission electron microscopy.The widening ofintercellular space and the dissolution of intercellular ce-ment were found in the preacantholytic cell in the vicini-ty of blistered areas,but desmosome-tonofilamentcomplex were preserved.The reduction and destructionof desmosome and microvilli were found in theacantholitic cell in the blistered areas.Three patientswith pemphigus vulgaris were studied by scanning elec-tron microscopy.Smooth cell surface and reduction ofnumber of microvilli on the cell surface were found inthe skin lesions.The authors considered that theintercellular cement underwent dissolution first innondesmosmal areas and later in desmosomal areas,finaly the destruction of desmosomes took place,soacantholysis was formed.
