摘    要:前支点挂篮是混凝土斜拉桥主梁分段悬臂浇注施工的常用设备,文章以济南建邦黄河公路大桥为例,从施工控制的角度对混凝土斜拉桥前支点挂篮在分段悬臂浇注过程中施工控制涉及的几个方面进行了论述,内容涵盖前支点挂篮的分类、施工控制模拟分析、前支点挂篮锚固系统受力的确定、前支点挂篮的就位调整、前支点拉索张拉次数、张拉力的确定以及前支点挂篮变形误差分析等。

Abstract:Form travelers with fore-fulcra is a commonly used machinery equipment during the cantilever casting construction of cable-stayed bridges with concrete girders. Taking the cable-stayed bridge of Jin'an Jianbang Yellow River highway bridge as an example,from the perspective of construction control,several aspects are discussed including types of form travelers with fore-fulcra, simulation of construction control, determination of the forces of the anchoring system ,form travelers adjustment, determination of the tension number and tensile force of the cables, and the deformation error analysis of form travelers with fore-fulcra.
