温州市瓯江过江通道规划建设问题与对策研究

随着温州瓯江两岸城市建设和社会经济的发展，两岸交流日益密切，过江需求不断增加，原有的过江通道数量少、布局不合理、两岸衔接不畅、交通拥堵等问题逐渐凸显出来。加快完善跨瓯江通道系统、完善两岸道路交通互联互通，是温州坚持市域一体发展，打造现代化拥江滨海花园城市的重要内容。围绕瓯江两岸过江通道现状、需求和规划进行研究梳理，结合相关案例进行总结，提出过江通道规划建设策略及工作举措。

Research on Planning and Construction Issues and Countermeasures of Oujiang River Crossing Channel in Wenzhou City

With the development of urban construction and social economy on both sides of Oujiang River in Wenzhou, the two-side exchanges are becoming increasingly close, and the demand for crossing the river is constantly increasing. The problems of limited number of existing river crossing channels, unreasonable layout, poor connection between the two sides and traffic congestion are gradually becoming prominent. Accelerating the improvement of the cross Oujiang River channel system and improving the interconnection of road traffic between the two sides are the important contents for Wenzhou to adhere to the integrated development of the city and build a modern coastal garden city embracing the river. Focusing on the current situation, need and planning of the Oujiang River two-side channel, the relevant cases are studied, sorted out and summarized to propose the strategies and work measures for the planning and construction of river crossing channel.
