超宽混凝土桥面板横向分块浇筑施工研究

摘    要:超宽混凝土桥面板是桥梁工程中的关键部位之一,其横向分块浇筑施工是提高桥面板质量的关键因素。结合一座宽61.7 m的超宽桥梁,采用MIDAS FEA有限元软件建立混凝土桥面板横向分块浇筑施工模型,分别对横向分2块浇筑、横向分4块由外向内浇筑、横向分6块由外向内浇筑、横向分6块先浇筑最外侧再浇筑最内侧最后浇筑中间块,4种施工方案进行计算对比,得到最佳施工方式为半幅横向分4块由外向内浇筑,与实际现场施工时采用的施工方法一致。

Abstract:Super-wide concrete bridge deck is one of the key parts in bridge engineering, and its transverse block pouring construction is the key factor to improve the quality of bridge deck. Combined with a super-wide bridge with a width of 61.7 m, Midas FEA finite element software is used to establish the transverse block pouring construction model of the concrete bridge deck. Four construction schemes of transverse 2-block pouring, transverse 4-block pouring from outside to inside, transverse 6-block pouring from outside to inside, and transverse 6-block pouring firstly from the most outside, then to the most inside and finally to the middle block are calculated and compared respectively. The best construction method achieved is the half-width transverse 4-block pouring from outside to inside, which is consistent with the construction method adopted in the actual site construction.
