东部沿海地区地下车库结露研究

东部沿海地区经济发展较快，用车需求大，停车需求随之增加，而地上停车空间日趋紧张，地下车库的配建则可有效缓解这一现象。但东部沿海地区空气湿度较大，地下车库极易形成结露从而造成工程质量缺陷和经济损失。为解决这一现象，通过对典型地区地下车库结露现象的分析，得出结露发生的几种原因以及结露可能对工程产生的一系列危害，并针对性地提出防治结露的一些措施，为设计单位和建设运营单位的工程建设和运营提供决策参考。

Research on Dewing in Underground Garages in Eastern Coastal Area

The economic development in the eastern coastal area is rapid. The demand for cars increases and the demand for parking also increases. The above ground parking space is getting tight. The construction of underground garages can effectively alleviate this phenomenon. However, the air humidity in the eastern coastal area is relatively high, and the underground garages are prone to form the dew, which will cause the engineering quality defects and economic losses. To solve this problem, the dewing phenomenon in underground garages of typical regional projects is analyzed. Several causes of dewing are given. The dewing may cause a series of hazards to the project. Some targeted measures to prevent and control the dewing are proposed, which provides the decision-making reference for the design units and construction and operation units in the process of engineering construction and operation.
