| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the problem existing in the current financial aid system at colleges, i.e. scholarship, students’ loan, grant-in-aid, subsidy, and remissions of tuition, and its causes. Aiming at the problems, it presents the corresponding countermeasures from the perspectives of the government, colleges and universities, financial institutions, and the society. |
