摘    要:通过对不同预紧力下舰船复合材料层合板单剪连接和双剪连接两种结构形式的静拉伸强度实验,考核了复合材料层板螺栓连接处的强度特性。实验结果表明:双剪连接结构强度随着预紧力的增大而增大。而在单剪连接结构中,一定范围内的预紧力可以增加连接结构的强度,过大的预紧力会使其连接强度减小。通过对以上实验现象的分析,认为预紧力对板的侧向约束限制并延缓了局部开裂和分层是预紧力增加螺栓连接结构强度的主要原因。

Abstract:In this paper,the static tensile-strength experiments of warship composite boards were done in both single and double shear connection forms under different pre-tightening forces,in which the connection strength characters of composite boards were assessed.The results indicate that the connection strength of double shear structure increases with the addition of pre-tightening force,while in single shear structure,it may be increased by a given range of pre-tightening force,but excessive level of pre-tightening force will reduce the connection strength.Through the analysis based on the experiment phenomena,the conclusions are drawn that added connection strength of bolt due to pre-tightening forces increasing is mainly attributed to the boards lateral restrain reduced by pre-tightening force limits and delay of local dehiscence and stratification.
