The building of information system in each trade is alike, but also has its own characteristics. The building of information system in the third part auto logistics enterprise is discussed in this paper. The requirements of information system are clearly revealed by analyzing the properties of the third part auto logistics enterprise and its function in the supply chain of auto industry. These requirements described in the paper are involved basic information building, optimization by using information system and information integration with supply chain, at the same time each of which is illustrated respectively. Available technology used at present is showed based on these requirements. Finally, some problems need to be paid attention in the building of information system for the third part auto logistics enterprise are illustrated as well.
