基于模糊评价法的武汉雨天交通安全分析及对策研究

摘    要:以武汉市为研究对象,针对最频繁出现的雨天情况,从车速、降水量、车流量等重要影响因素对交通安全进行分析,建立基于模糊评价法的交通安全评价模型,定性分析道路的交通安全等级,并依据道路安全等级提出改进道路的对策,提高交通安全等级,确保交通安全、顺畅。

Abstract:This paper taking Wuhan for the study, from analysis of traffic speed, precipitation, traffic volume and other important factors on rainy day, modeling traffic safety evaluation based on fuzzy evaluation method, and the level of road tratffic safety was qualitatively analyzed. In addition, we put forward corresponding based on the level of road safety to improve road improve traffic safety level and make sure traffic operators more security and smoothly.
