汽车发动机曲轴纵向振动的研究

摘    要:本文研究了汽车发动机曲轴的纵向振动的计算方法和振动特性,首先分析了曲轴产生纵向振动的两种等效激励源-弯曲-纵向耦合力矢和扭转-纵向耦合力矢,建立了简化模型和在两种不同性质的力作用下的统一运动方程,并分析了求解方法和步凑,用新设计的扭/弯/纵振动测量仪实测了曲轴自由端的纵向振幅,与计算结果相当吻合,说明本文提出的分析汽车发动机轴系纵向振动的方法合理可行。

Abstract:This paper studied the axial vibration characteristics and its calculation method of automotive engine crankshaft. First, it analyzed two sources of excitation that induced axial vibration, which coupled vector of torsion-axial vibration and coupled vector of bending axial vibration. Then it established a simplified model and motion equation under the action of two kinds of vector and analyzed its calculation method. By using new designed torsion/axial/bending 3-D vibration testing device, axial vibration at the free-end of crankshaft was measured. The result coincided well with calculation. This verified that the method proposed in this paper was feasible and could be used to analyze real engine crankshaft vibration.
