| 摘 要： | 对陕西省城乡２０４２名６岁儿童及２０５６名１２岁儿童进行了患龋情况的调查。结果表明：６岁儿童乳牙龋均和患龋车男女间无显著性差异；１２岁儿童恒牙龋均和患龋中女性明显高于男性；城市）Ｌ童乳恒牙龋均和患龋率均较农村儿童显著升高。与本省１９８３年的资料比较，虽然有些指标已达到ＷＨＯ所要求的目标，但城市儿童乳牙患塘中较高。提示今后应进一步加强城市学龄前儿童的口腔预防保健工作。

| Abstract: | The mobility of canes in 2042 cases6-y6ar-old and 2056 cases 12-year-old in the urbanand rural areas of Shaanxi was observed and analyzed. The results showed in 6-year-old group, therewas no obvious difference between girls and boys inaverage din fi and the rate of catching canes in thedeciduous teeth, in 12-year-old group, girls showedsignificantly higher average din fi and the rate ofcatching canes in the permanent teeth than boysdid. Children living in urban showed very significantly higher average din fi, din fi and the rate ofcatching canes than those in rural areas. Comparison with 1983 materials calculated, although someindices fulfilled the goals for oral health adopted byWHO, the rate of catching canes was higher in deciduous teeth of the urban children, it suggests thatwe should give more precautions to the preschoolchildren. |
