摘    要:介绍高原环境条件的特点及机车车辆电工电子产品的海拔分级,重点阐述海拔对产品绝缘性能、温升的影响和修正方法,高海拔地区对雷电和污染应采取的措施,简要叙述高海拔对电工电子产品灭弧性能、脱扣特性、换向及碳刷磨损、静电、密封及产品结构、辐射和表面防护等方面的影响,便于理解和执行TB/T3213—2009《高原机车车辆电工电子产品通用技术条件》。
