| 摘 要： | 活塞是柴油机的主要部件之一，其可靠性和寿命直接关系到机车柴油机的性能和运行安全。基于HXN5型货运机车柴油活塞的研制，从活塞结构、活塞材料以及活塞特殊工艺方面展开研究，对结构设计、活塞裙铝合金材料变质及其固溶时效工艺、环槽高频淬火强化工艺、球铁销座球化率提升工艺、异型销孔加工检测、活塞变椭圆形线技术、活塞表面锰磷化及其减磨涂层工艺等方面进行了研究，以实现重栽货运机车活塞的承栽能力和可靠性的目标。 |
