溶胶凝胶法制备膜支撑凝胶聚合物电解质及其性能研究

摘    要:利用溶胶凝胶法制备膜支撑凝胶聚合物电解质。实验首先通过溶液聚合合成带有硅烷偶联基团的共聚物,将其水解交联后直接涂敷于聚烯烃(PE)膜,再吸附液体电解质活化得到产物。由于PE微孔膜支撑作用,体系力学性能较好。通过FTIR光谱、DSC热分析、X射线衍射、扫描电镜、交流阻抗、线性扫描伏安等测试,研究了材料的微观形态、化学及电化学性能。结果表明体系离子导电率较高,电化学稳定性好,使制备产品在锂离子电池开发中具有实际应用前景。

Abstract:Novel membrane supporting gel polymer electrolytes(MSGPE) were prepared by means of in-situ sol-gel process.To obtain the MSPGE,the copolymer with silane coupling agent was first synthesized through the solution polymerization.Then it was coated and hydrolyzed onto the PE membrane.Subsequently,the coated PE membrane was dipped into the liquid electrolyte and activated.It was characterized by using some measurements such as FTIR,DSC,SEM,AC impedance and the linear sweep voltammetry to study the microscopic morphology,chemical and electrochemical properties of the MSGPE.Results show that the product appears a high ionic conductivity and good electrochemically stability against Li /Li,which makes it become the potential candidate for application as polymer electrolyte in lithium-ion batteries.
