高温条件下板式无砟轨道水泥乳化沥青砂浆垫层施工技术

高温条件会使水泥乳化沥青性能发生改变,会对CRTSII型板式无砟轨道的耐久性等产生影响。杭长客运专线株洲段施工中,通过采取原材料集中储存,并进行防潮、降温,施工过程中对轨道板提前覆盖、洒水降温;在砂浆拌合用水中加入冰块降温等措施,解决了高温条件下水泥乳化沥青砂浆灌注中的技术难题,保证了施工质量,提高施工工效、确保了工期节点,也为类似施工条件下CRTSII型板式无砟轨道施工提供技术借鉴。

Construction Techniques for the Cement-Emulsified-Asphalt Mortar Bed Course of the Slab-Type Non-Ballasted Track in the Conditions of High Temperature

High temperature may cause the performance of cement-emulsified asphalt to change,as a result of which the durability of the non-ballasted CRTSII slab-type track will be affected.During the construction of the Zhuzhou Section of the HangChang Passengers-Oriented Railway,all the raw materials are collectively stored,with the wetting-resistant and temperaturelowering measures taken for them.In the course of the construction,the slab-type track is pre-covered and sprayed with water to lower the temperature of it.When the mortar is mixed,the water used is mixed with ice blocks to lower the temperature of it.With the above-mentioned and other technical measures taken,the technical difficulties in slip-casting cement-emulsified asphalt mortar under the conditions of high temperature are overcome,with the good quality of the construction ensured,the construction efficiency improved and the required construction duration realized.The success of the project may also serve as a technical reference for the construction of other non-ballasted slab-type tracks under similar conditions.
