摘    要:通过室内试验对双层摊铺技术沥青路面与传统方法施工沥青路面进行模拟,对比分析不同层间处理方法对层间性能包括层间抗剪强度以及层间疲劳性能的影响。结果表明:采用双层一次成型的试件在层间界面处上下层粗集料间有相互嵌入,双层一体摊铺技术可以增加沥青混合料层间嵌挤,从而使得沥青混合料的层间抗剪强度以及层间疲劳寿命均高于层间有无粘层油的情况;并且撒布不同的粘层油对层间抗剪强度以及层间疲劳寿命的影响不同,SBS改性沥青优于基质沥青。

Abstract:Through the indoor tests to simulate the double-deck paved asphalt pavement and the traditional-method-paved asphalt pavement,different effects of different interlayer bonding states on the interlaminar properties including the effects of different inter-layer treating methods on the shear strength and interlaminar fatigue properties of the pavement are compared and analyzed in the paper.The results show that the two-layers-in-one-process spreading technique helps the coarse aggregates interinsert into each other at the interface between different layers,thus increasing the interlaminar shear strength and causing the interlaminar fatigue life to be longer than that of the layer with or without inviscid oil,different kinds of inviscid oil have different effects on the interlaminar shear strength and interlaminar fatigue life,and the SBS modified asphalt is better than that of the matrix asphalt.
