摘    要:在隧道施工中,拱架置换是处理隧道严重病害的一种有效防止措施,但其施工难度较大,无理论实践经验,技术流程也较复杂。针对兰渝铁路南崖山隧道出口DK490+100~DK490+082段边墙初期支护从切除至更换的施工全过程,介绍了软弱围岩侵限拱架置换施工的关键技术,分析了拱架置换施工的主要质量控制方法,为今后类似工程的施工提供了实践参考。

Abstract:In the construction of a tunnel,the replacement of arch racks is an effective preventive measure to deal with serious damage or defects of a tunnel.However,the construction of the replacement is relatively difficult to perform,there is no theoretical or practical experience for it,and its technical flow is also very complex.With the removal and replacement of the initial support and lining for the side walls in the outlet(DK490+100~DK490+082)section of the Nanyashan Tunnel of the Lan-Yu Railway as a practical example,key construction techniques for the replacement of arch racks in the sections of soft or weak surrounding rock are introduced in the paper,with the main quality control methods used for the construction of the replacement of the arch racks analyzed.The project may serve as a practical reference for the construction of other similar projects.
