多跨钢筋混凝土箱型拱桥缆索吊装施工技术

The Cable-Lifting-Erecting Techniques for the Multi-Spanned Reinforced Concrete Box Arch Bridge

Owing to the advantages of the cable crane being levelly and vertically flexible in transportation,and being subjected to relatively less climatic and landform limitations,it is often used for the construction of reinforced concrete box arch bridges.The cable-lifting-erecting techniques for the Ganjiang River Mega Concrete Box Arch Bridge,multi-spanned and muti-sectioned,at Xingan of Jiangxi province with three tower cable cranes are dealt with in detail in the paper,with the design of the cable-lifting-erecting system（including the ground anchor,the tower,the cable,etc.）,the cable-hoisting processes,the lifting-erecting sequences,and other key construction techniques presented.Practice shows that the method of making use of three towers to form a one-large-span-and-two-small-span cable crane to perform the symmetrical cable-lifting-erecting construction of the box arch bridge from both the east side and the west side at the same time may help avoid the influence of the change in water level,reduce the affection of the passage of ships,take less construction site,ensure the safety of construction and shorten construction duration,all of which may save much cost.
