吊棚式防护棚架在跨既有线铁路桥梁施工中的应用

六盘水市小营脚2号桥上跨沪昆铁路,地势高低起伏较大、高度较高,结合实际工况,采用移动吊棚式防护棚架对铁路进行防护,即T梁架设完成后起吊安装吊架,施工过程中随着施工部位移动。介绍了施工方案的比选,防护棚架的安拆及现浇部位等的施工。实践证明相对于搭设常规防护棚,此技术安拆简单,对铁路运营影响小,效果良好。

On the Application of the Hanging-Shed-Type Protective Scaffolding to the Construction of Railway Bridges Across Existing Railways

Owing to the fact that the Second Bridge at Xiaoyingjiao of Liupanshui City spans the existing Shanghai-Kunming Railway,where the landform is much rolling in altitude,and the height of the bridge is very great,the mobile hanging shedstyle protective scaffolding is adopted,upon the bais of considering all the conditions of the construction site,to protect the railway.To be more specific,the hanging shed protective scaffolding is lifted after the completion of the erection of the T-girder.The hanging shed protective scaffolding moves as the construction progresses.The comparing choice of the construction schemes,the fixing and removal of the hanging shed protective scaffolding and the construction of the site-cast sections are introduced in detail in the paper.Practice shows that compared with the fixing of the traditional protective scaffolding,the techniques of fixing and removing the hanging shed protective scaffolding are simpler,have less effect on the normal operation of the existing railways and are better in effects.
