摘    要:通过室内试验研究了振动法在水泥稳定碎石基层配合比设计中的应用,分析了振动时间对水泥稳定碎石混合料最大干密度的影响,对比了振动法与重型击实设计方法对试验结果的影响。结果表明:最佳振动时间与混合料的级配关系密切,一般为2~3 min;与传统的重型击实法相比,振动法得到的混合料密度偏高,最佳含水量偏低,7 d无侧限抗压强度偏大。

Abstract:Based on laboratory tests, the effect of vibrating time on the density of cement stabilized crushed stone is analyzed, and the optimum moisture content, the maximum dry density, and the unconfined compres- sive strength are compared between the vibration method and heavy compaction method. The results show that the optimum vibrating time is 2-3 minutes, which is related to the mixture gradation. Comparing with the heavy compaction way, the maximum dry density and the 7 d unconfined compressive strength designed by vibration method is improved significantly, while the optimum moisture content designed by vibration method is decreased slightly.
