| Abstract: | The paper looks back on the flood tide condition, flood control and flood-proofing fight conditions of Changsha City over the years. And it introduces some characteristics in the urban flood control engineering construction of this city. At last, it approaches to the relevant problems or experience in raising the construction capital by multi channels, scientifically works out the flood control standard and the anti-permeable treatment of the urban flood control embankment etc. |
