人体美丽筒线虫感染(附2例报告)

1.本文报导了两例人体美丽筒线虫感染病例,并自患者舌下,下唇共检获4条雌虫,鉴定为美丽简线虫。2.结合文献复习,本文还就人体美丽筒线虫感染的分布特点,发病年龄,感染方式,发病部位以及病理症状进行了讨论。所有上述讨论,似可为临床诊断治疗以及探讨发病机制,提供参考依据。

Infecfion of Human Gongylonema Pulchrum Report of Two Cases

This paper reports two rare cases of Gongylonema Pulchram infection Within the oral mucosa. The case I is a male patient of 20 years a native of Xhowzhi Shensi province. The case 2 is a male patient of 47 years a native of Xuenyi shensi. The four string worms of 53-62mm in length and 0.26 in width was removed from the baccal mucosal fold under the tongue in case 1, and from the labial mucosa in Case 2. It was identified to he four adult femal of Gongylonema Pulchrum Molin 1857. Gongylonema Pulchnlm infection in man is very acre in the world. In China there are about 50 cases on record including two cases in the present paper
