纳米Ni粉对Cu粉末烧结性能的影响

摘    要:研究了纳米Ni粉对Cu粉末烧结性能的影响。研究表明:由于添加1%纳米Ni粉中的NiO未被完全还原,而且纳米Ni粉本身还有被CuO氧化成NiO的可能,因而纳米Ni粉在Cu粉末烧结过程中未能起到活化烧结的作用。相反,添加1%纳米Ni粉后还降低了Cu粉末烧结性能。

Abstract:The influences of nano-powder of Ni on the sintered properties of micro-powder of Cu are studied in this paper. The results of the study show that since NiO in the added 1% nano-powder of Ni has not yet been completely reduced in the sintering process and there is a possibility for nano-powder of Ni itself to be oxidized by CuO in the micro-powder of Cu, the effects of nano-powder of Ni in accelerating the sintering process of mi- cro-powder of Cu have not been observed. On the contrary, adding 1% nano-powder of Ni deteriorates the sintered properties of micro-powder of Cu.
