机车车辆温度测试光纤传感器的研究

摘    要:提出了一种用于测试铁道机械保温车、空调客车及油罐车温度的全光纤弯曲损耗温度传感器的设计方案,研究了这种温度传感器的温度信息转换机理,并建立了传感系统的数学模型;运用PCS多模光纤作为遥测传输线和探头,提出了依赖于光纤弯曲损耗效应的高级智能分布温度传感器的系统框图,为机车车辆的温度监视提供了一种新方法。

Abstract:Presents a practical project of the optical fiber temperature sensor dependant of curved losses for use in temperature testing of the machanical refrigerated van, the air conditioned car and the oil-tanker van. Studies the information covert principle of the sensors, and establishes the mathematical mode. Uses the PCS multimode optical fiber as remote transfering line and seining probe. Introduces the system block diagram of the super intellectual distributed temperature sensor dependant of curved losses of the optical fiber, providesa new temperature testing method for the rolling stocks.
