摘    要:利用ANSYS软件对新型艉轴密封结构进行了有限元分析。首先利用非线性壳单元、层合壳单元以及实体单元建立了艉轴密封结构的有限元模型,在此基础上确定了弹簧金属片的最大应力区域、得到了弹簧组结构的刚度曲线、补偿量-比压曲线,最后对艉轴密封结构在轴向、径向周期激励共同作用下的振动特性进行了分析,并讨论了弹簧金属片形状及厚度对结构密封性的影响。数值结果表明了该新型艉轴密封结构的实用性。

Abstract:A new-style stern shaft sealing device was studied by the finite element method using ANSYS.The finite element model was founded by the non-linear shell elements,non-linear layered shell elements and solid elements.Then the maximal stress of the spring sheet metal was located,and the stiffness curve of the spring combination and the specific pressure curve were obtained respectively.In the end the vibration characteristic of the stern shaft sealing device under axial force and radial force were studied,furthermore the effects of the shape and thickness of spring sheet metal on the stern shaft sealing.The numerical example illustrated the practicability of the new-style stern shaft sealing device.
