| 摘 要： | 在对合资铁路的现状和合资铁路运营亏损的原因进行分析的基础上，论述朔黄铁路运营模式的成功运作经验。总结出合资铁路扩能增效需要加强和完善的方面，为铁路改革做出有益的探索。朔黄铁路运营模式的成功，为我国铁路的运营，特别是合资铁路的运营提供了值得借鉴的模式。
