摘    要:通过数字图像处理技术可实现齿轮在线快速、准确的测量.介绍了齿轮图像采集系统,通过图像预处理、几何特征提取等图像处理技术实现了齿轮表面缺陷几何特征参数的测量,且在此基础上基于MATLAB开发了齿轮表面缺陷几何参数检测软件,为基于图像处理技术齿轮在线快速检测提供了技术基础.

Abstract:To process digital image of online gear fast and accurately, a gear image collecting system was introduced, and the gear surface defect geometry parameters were measured by using image preprocessing, feature extraction and other geometric image processing technology. On this basis, the geometric parameters of the gear surface defect detection software was developed using MATLAB, which provides the technical foundation for rapid detection of online gear based on the image processing techniques.
