| Abstract: | The article analyzes four generalities of the central road rebuilding works in the town area. Four generalities are that the road widening is difficult, the underground pipelines are densely laid, the landscape is important and the engineering investment is sensitive. The article induces and sums up the design gist of this works based on these characteristics. |
