独立旋转车轮转向架横向动力学研究

摘    要:建立了独立旋转车轮转向架车辆的动力学计算模型,利用数值模拟方法得出独立旋转车轮转向架和传统轮对转向架动力学响应值,比较了两种转向架的横向动力学性能。由于独立旋转的左右车轮无转动约束,所以纵向蠕滑力很小甚至为零,从而消除了轮对蛇行现象。研究还表明,轮轨磨擦系数对独立旋转车轮的对中性能影响较大。

Abstract:The dynamic model of bogies with independent wheels is proposed. The dynamic responses are calculated and compared for bogies with independent wheels and conventional wheelsets. Because there is no rotating restraint on an independent wheel, the longitudinal creepage force is very small or even equal to zero, so that the hunting motion is avoided. The study also shows that the friction factors of wheels/tracks affect the centering ability greatly.
