智能型轮毂精密检测机的设计

摘    要:智能型轮毂检测机是一种能够对轿车轮毂进行端面跳动、径向跳动、直径误差进行检测和谐波分析的全自动精密检测设备。介绍了所设计的智能型轮毂检测机的检测原理、结构方案、数据采集与处理特点,以及被测工件的安装与测量方法。经与常规检测方法对比,该检测机的检测精度提高了一个数量级,检测效率提高2~5倍,检测结果一致性好。

Abstract:The intelligent hub meter is a fully automatic precision measuring apparatus which can measure ending runouts,radial runouts and diameter errors and can do harmonic analysis.Its measuring principle,structural scheme,data acquisition and processing feature of the designed intelligent hub meter and installation of the measured piece and the measure method are introduced.Compared with conventional measure methods,the measure accuracy is improved by an order of magnitude and measure efficiency is improved by 2-5 times and data consistency is very good.
